Appartement "Am Seeufer"

General information

The flat am Seeufer is situated at Lake Zwischenahn and the Yacht Club Eyhausen. It is part of a generous Housing complex that also hosts a small cafe and bistro with a big terrace backing on to the lake. Despite its quiet location it is not far to the town centre with shops, restaurants and health and spa facilities. You can reach the landscape park Rostrup with in minutes and the Park der Gärten,which is slighthy further away.

The ground-floor flat is beautifully and comfortaby furnished and offers fantatic views over the lake.

Living Room

A comfortable seating area, equipped with atwo-seater sofa bed and two armchairs, ideal for watching TV, listening to music or reading. The wall unit contains glasses and bowls for every occasion.

Kitchen

The kitchen is filly fitted including owen and fridge-freezer and includes potsand pans, the and coffee sets, crockery for 6 guests. Seated at the dining table you can enjoy a wonderful viev over the lake.

Bedroom

The detached bedroom is equipped with a double bed of 54 cm height, which can also be split into twin beds. Head and foot of the bedframes are adjustable, and one frame is completeley height adjustable. There are integrated reading lights in the shelves above the beds.

Bathroom

The bathroom is accessible through an 80 cm wide sliding door. The shower has grab rail support and is equipped with a shower and toilet chair suitable for raised toilet, which has mounted handles on either side. The wash basin provides room underneath for wheelchair users. The room is furnished with an adjustable mirror and plenty of hooks and sheves at seating height. The space in the shower/toilet measures 140cmx 140cm, the space on the right to the toilet measures 100cm. Upon request we can organise rental wheelchairs and support or pickup from the station.

The price includes bed sheets, table cloths and towels as well as the fee for the cleaning at end of your stay.

Radio and cable TV are available in the flat.
