Rooms and equipment: You can use the entire ground floor of the family house. (The separate upper floor rooms are privately used but will be vacant during the time guests are staying at the house.) You have three parking spaces available on the property as well as a place to put bicycles. On the south side of the house, you have a conservatory, two terraces, and a spacious garden. There is a nature-protected area adjacent the garden. The house has been completely renovated in 2012 and has a large living and dining room (with a TV, radio, telephone, and WiFi), a new modern kitchen (including a dishwasher, kitchen stove, microwave oven, refrigerator-freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker and food processor), a modern bathroom with a bathtub with shower, a separate toilet, a bedroom for 2 persons, and a utility and storage room with a washing machine. The house is located outside the village of Bad Zwischenahn (7 km east of the center) in the district of Kayhauserfeld at the end of the Libellenweg street in a very quiet, rural location. Arrival by car is recommended.

The way to Haus Lina:
From the direction of Bad Zwischenahn:
Take the highway L815 in the direction of Oldenburg. At 2.6 km distance after exiting the town, at the second traffic light, turn right into the road Feldlinie (K138) in the direction of Kayhauserfeld, Petersfehn.
Follow the road Feldlinie and after the railway crossing, after entering the large curve to the left, turn right and take the street going to the left, which is Birkenweg. Then after 100 meters, turn right again into Libellenweg. Haus Lina is the white house on the left at the end of the short street.
From Oldenburg:
Via the Autobahn A28, exit at 'Neuenkruge' and then turn right onto Highway L815 in the direction of Bad Zwischenahn. After 2.7 km, at the first traffic light, turn left into the road Feldlinie (K138) in the direction of Kayhauserfeld, Petersfehn. Then proceed as described above.
