The house is located approx. 100 m from the lake behind the parking lot of the wave bath. The house is surrounded by large oak trees and next to a small wood. The nature reserve with the "Seggenwiesen" landscape park begins behind the house and the Zwischenahner Meer path, which leads around the lake, also borders directly on the property.
The Art Nouveau villa is divided into two residential units. The upper apartment, which was completely renovated and refurbished in 2022, is designed as a vacation apartment and has a separate entrance. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and one with a single bed, a living room, a kitchen and a bath room with shower. The spacious balcony with beach chair invites you to sunbathe and relax. A parking lot is also available.
The center, with all the important stores and restaurants, is within walking distance in 10 minutes. Wave pool, spa clinic and the beach park with boat rental and ferry dock are also in the immediate neighborhood.
