The new holiday house is situated next to a small cul-de-sac-road at the city entrance of Bad Zwischenahn. It has a big  apartment, a small  flat plus two  accomodations.

It is only a few minutes walk from the Zwischenahner Meer and is well suited as an origin  for beautiful tours around the lake or the surrounding regions.

The bike- and hiking-trails in the arcadian scenery, start right infront of the front door and take you from the Ammerland up to the North Sea.

On the groundfloor is the 88qm appartment “Sommerwind”, suited for 3 to 4 persons, with a 24qm patio, which leads into a small garden. Also on the ground floor is the smaller flat“Kleine Brise”, which includes a 10,8qm sheltered terrace and is more than big enough for two persons.

Both of them can be rented together. They are only separated by a connecting door from each other which makes them well suited for a large family. The spacious dining and living areas are giving comfortably space for six to eight people. The terraces are oriented to the south-east side.

Upstairs the apartment “Abendrot” has 39 square meters and a 11 square meter balcony on the west side,  suited for 2 people Also upstairs is the apartment “Morgentau” with 44 qm for up to 3 people and a 26 qm roof terrace on the south-east side.
