Cancellations:
Up to 21 days before the planned check-in, free of charge. From the 21st day before the start of the journey, 100% of the agreed overnight costs are due.
Any refunds will be issued within 14 days.
At this point, we would like to inform you about the option to take out travel cancellation insurance.

You will receive a detailed email with all important information about your arrival during the week before your arrival. Please read this email carefully!
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Our house service will welcome you on the day of your arrival and provide you with, among other things, the code for your key safe. You will find our house service in the entrance area/main entrance to the farmhouse! If you already know that you will not be able to arrive within the planned time frame, please inform us in advance by email at info@weberhof-bad-zwischenahn.de!
Self-check-in is also possible. With self-check-in, you will receive all information as well as the key code in advance via email.
